We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head for Brand and Communication to lead brand positioning, corporate communications, and marketing initiatives across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define, develop, and implement the brand vision, mission, and architecture to ensure a consistent identity across markets.
- Drive brand differentiation and positioning strategies in alignment with business goals.
- Conduct market and competitive research to keep the brand relevant and ahead of industry trends.
Corporate Communication & PR
Own corporate communication strategy and ensure consistent brand messaging across all internal and external channels.Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and influencers.Lead high-impact press releases, media briefings, crisis communication plans, and thought leadership initiatives.Content Marketing & Storytelling
Oversee creation of compelling content strategies for digital, social, print, and video platforms.Ensure brand-aligned storytelling that communicates business success, product innovations, and leadership perspectives.Coordinate with internal teams and creative agencies for execution.Event Marketing & Brand Activations
Lead planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and product launches.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure events deliver measurable brand and business impact.Manage sponsorships and collaborations that amplify brand reach.Digital Presence & Reputation
Oversee digital brand strategy including corporate website, social media, and online reputation management.Track KPIs related to brand engagement, awareness, media coverage, and digital reach.Leadership & Collaboration
Manage and mentor a team of marketing, PR, and content professionals.Work closely with the CEO, business heads, and HR to align brand communication with corporate culture and employer branding.Show more
