Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, ORM, etc.) targeting US and Canadian markets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, growth plans, and market outreach campaigns to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives to meet performance goals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and drive business expansion.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports using CRM tools.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by sharing market insights and client feedback with leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the digital marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in team management, performance tracking, and sales training.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, etc.) and agency operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
