Job Title : Domestic IT Recruiter

Experience : 1 -2 Year

Shift Timings : 9.30 am 6.30 pm (Mon Fri)

Saturday 8.30 Am 1.30 Pm

Location : KPHB - 6th Phase - Hyd

Job Description :

• Good communication Skills.
• Need to have knowledge on End-to-End Recruitment Cycle.
• Handling full recruitment life cycle. (Managing recruiting process from requisition initiation to sourcing, to acceptance of offer and final placement).
• Sourcing, screening, Cold-calling and short-listing of resumes for the clients requirements
• Arranging the client interview and collecting the Feedbacks
• Sourcing candidate profiles in various Job portals like, Monster, LinkedIn, Naukri, Etc.
• Proficient in using other mode for acquiring profiles (Headhunting, Referencing, using other Social Networking Sites, Job Posting)
• Involve in weekly meetings with Account Managers and prepare weekly reports.
• Maintaining Candidate relationship and keep track of candidates in database
