Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information and changes.
• Support the administration of employee benefits and assist in onboarding processes for new hires.
• File and organize HR documents ensuring compliance with privacy laws and company policies.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies procedures and benefits.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
