SAP RTR Process Lead

Job descriptionInteract with customers to understand business needs and propose end-to-end SAP solutions Lead customer workshops, solution presentations, and bid defense meetings Provide delivery assurance and support large-scale implementation engagements Drive innovation, reusability, and standardization across delivery programs Support internal capability development and COE (Center of Excellence) initiatives Mentor and guide a team of consultants and architects to enhance solutioning capabilities Drive performance reviews and collaborate with delivery managers for continuous improvement Lead SAP adoption journeys in the context of Finance digital transformation Define and drive the implementation of global SAP Finance templates and rollout strategies Provide expert support during design, build, and cutover phases of SAP S / 4HANA projects Ensure best practices in Greenfield and Brownfield (System Conversion) approaches 15–20 years of SAP solutioning and delivery experience with functional background in Finance Expert in S / 4HANA Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Controlling, Universal Journal, Material Ledger, Profitability Analysis, Transfer Pricing, Intercompany Scenarios, and Period-End Closing Experience in Central Finance, Treasury, and Group Reporting Deep understanding of Greenfield / Brownfield architecture, configuration, and operations Proven global implementation experience (template design / build and rollouts) Proficient in integrating SAP and non-SAP systems in the Finance domain Strong understanding of Agile methodologies in SAP project delivery Strong business acumen with ability to articulate business value of technology solutions Knowledge of competitive SAP landscape and partner ecosystem SAP S / 4HANA certifications in core Finance areas (preferred) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experienced in multi-location, multi-cultural global delivery models Representation of organization in industry forums and events

- Lead and own the SAP solution strategy for Finance, aligning with enterprise digital transformation goals
- Take end-to-end responsibility for SAP Finance solutioning in global SAP transformation deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs across geographies to ensure cohesive solution design
- Shape SAP solutions in line with client priorities, industry standards, and competitive positioning
