We are seeking an expert SAP MM / PP Process Lead with a strong background in SAP and industry experience to lead SAP adoption initiatives within the context of digital transformation. You will be responsible for leading large strategic SAP transformation deals with a global scope, driving the solution strategy, and providing expert support to various projects. This role requires an expert-level knowledge of primary process areas like Production Planning (PP) and Material Management (MM) to deliver significant business value.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Lead SAP adoption initiatives in the context of Digital Transformation for your specific track, clearly demonstrating business value.
Lead large strategic SAP transformation deals with a global scope, taking end-to-end responsibility for SAP solutioning.
Drive the solution strategy by working with account teams and sales partners to shape deals in tune with the competitive scenario and client priorities.
Plan, lead, and present solutions in client meetings, orals, and workshops.
Drive innovation and provide delivery and solution assurance in large existing accounts.
Support and guide solutions and offerings in the Capability (COE) and provide expert support to projects.
Guide, develop, and mentor a team of architects / SMEs and continuously drive solutioning capability enhancement.

Skills Required :

Excellent knowledge of S / 4HANA Production Planning & Quality Management , with experience in implementing MTS, MTO scenarios , and knowledge in BOM, PP-PI, MRP, Operations, Sub-contracting , and shop floor.

Experience in designing and implementing IBP Demand, S&OP, R&S, Inventory with CI-DS and RTI .

Strong understanding of the entire logistics and / or financial process and SAP configuration.

Strong understanding of E2E business processes in enterprises and their mapping in S / 4HANA .

Global implementation experience and knowledge of working in agile ways.

Expert understanding of the overall process for Greenfield / Brownfield (System Conversion) , Architecture, and Configuration of the SAP S / 4HANA environment.

Experience in integrating SAP ERP solutions with other SAP and Non-SAP solutions.

Strong business acumen, with the ability to articulate business language and translate solution propositions into business value.

SAP S / 4HANA Certification(s) in core areas is preferred.

Excellent communication, people management, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in representing the practice / organization in industry events / forums is a plus.

QUALIFICATION :

A good understanding of at least one industry domain and a complete value chain, having executed multiple SAP engagements with customers in the industry.
