Senior Analyst - Procurement Services (Apply Now)

Job descriptionCollaborate with various stakeholders including business, operations, and other departments to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on contractual terms. Proactively secure necessary approvals from cross-functional teams for both draft and final contract versions. Ensure timely completion to prevent execution delays. Regularly follow up with requesters and stakeholders to track contract progress, obtain pending inputs, and ensure timely action. Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the process. Maintain internal trackers and databases to reflect contract status, key milestones, and changes. Ensure all documentation complies with internal processes and regulatory standards. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to provide updates, resolve issues, and work effectively across teams and organizational levels. Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in contract management tools. Be a reliable, collaborative, and solution-oriented team player. Education : LLB (Bachelor of Law) Experience : relevant contract / legal experience preferred Skills : Legal drafting, stakeholder management, contract lifecycle understanding, communication, and tool proficiency.
