About the Role

We’re looking for a

Human Resource Executive

who can blend people empathy with process efficiency.

You’ll manage hiring, onboarding, engagement, and culture initiatives across Flexi Pitches, Flexi Roundtables, and other ecosystem brands.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and full-time roles.

Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and induction sessions.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance trackers.

Support HR policies, payroll coordination, and compliance requirements.

Plan engagement activities and help build a high-energy workplace culture.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and feedback.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in HR operations or talent management.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments.

Passion for people development and community building.
