Job Description :
Training & Development Delivery work focuses on delivering / providing training for the
general workforce and targeted functional / technical areas including :
Train new Customer Service Executives in the area of Voice and Accent Neutralization, Customer Service Skills and Cultural Sensitization
Conducting regular refresher sessions to improve or maintain the core skills of the customer service executives on the operation floor.
Carry out voice coaching activities for the process to maximize the effectiveness of the executives.
Provide support in creation of training modules. Mentor and groom new team members Measure performance of the team by preparing team score cards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduate
Minimum 1-2 years of practical professional experience as a soft skill trainer / Communication Trainer / Coach
Flexible with Rotational Shits
Must reside in Bangalore
