About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and certified SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating multiple Agile teams within a value stream, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) for multiple global teams.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments and foster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance.
• Coordinate and manage the Agile Release Train (ART) events, including PI Planning, ART Sync, and System Demos.
• Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of value.
• Track and communicate key metrics and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of SAFe practices across the organization.
