Role Overview

We’re hiring a Program Manager who loves solving problems, scaling processes, and working with smart people. You’ll own delivery excellence for assigned subject categories and build a high-quality tutor network that can serve learners across global markets.

This role is a mix of operations, analytics, process design, and cross-functional execution — perfect for someone who likes end-to-end ownership and moving fast.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the tutor supply base for assigned categories
• Acquire, screen, onboard, and improve the performance of subject experts across the US, Canada, and the UK
• Drive end-to-end execution : process design, data analysis, performance monitoring, quality improvements
• Partner with Operations, Growth, Product, and Student Experience teams to solve real on-ground challenges
• Lead and coach a small team, driving performance and outcomes
