Job Description :
- Drive sales growth for Wires, MCB, Switches within the Jagdalpur region.
- Manage and develop relationships with distributors and dealers to strengthen the distribution network.
- Achieve targets by increasing both primary and secondary sales in the territory.
- Focus on effective dealer network management to maximize market penetration.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including sales, pricing, products, and marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to address sales shortfalls and drive growth.
- Oversee territory-specific branding and advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Address and resolve service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction within the territory.
- Guide, motivate, and improve the communication skills of the distributor sales team to optimize performance.
Qualifications :
Relevant graduation degree / Diploma (3 yr)3-10 years' quota carrying sales experience.Channel sales experience in any Electrical products like Wire, Cable, Switches, Switchgear, and Lighting.Should have good knowledge of product market in Jagdalpur Market.
