About the Role :

• The Executive / Sr. Executive - Operation will be responsible for efficiently managing client coordination, service operations, administrative functions, and reporting to ensure service excellence, compliance, and team performance.
• The incumbent will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
