The Role
We're hiring a hands-on, entrepreneurial Growth Marketing Lead to own and execute our go-to-market. You'll partner closely with founders and SMEs to convert expert knowledge into high-impact campaigns, content, and advocacy that resonate with early-adopter physicians in a regulated market.
What You'll Do
- Own full-funnel PLG : Drive acquisition → activation → engagement → retention with bottom-up adoption.
- Recruit early adopters : Identify, onboard, and mobilize physicians into champions and referral loops / KOL networks.
- Turn SME insights into assets : Ship case studies, thought leadership, landing pages, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Run experiments : Test across email, social, community, SEO / SEM, and in-product nudges to lift activation and usage.
- Positioning & messaging : Craft trust-building narratives tailored to clinicians and compliant with medical ad policies.
- Build funnels & loops : Optimize onboarding, lifecycle / email, and engagement loops; reduce time-to-value.
- Close the loop with product / clinical : Translate feedback into roadmap inputs and measurable usage gains.
- Own performance marketing : Plan, launch, and optimize on Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager , Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads (and other relevant platforms), including audience / creative testing, budgeting, and pacing.
- Marketing engineering (GDPR-first) : Implement / maintain GA4, server-side tracking, Meta CAPI, GTM, event schemas, UTM governance, attribution (MTA / MMM basics), dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio / BI), light SQL / Python for analysis, and integrations across CRM / automation (e.g., HubSpot).
- Executive amplification : Establish the CEO and leadership as influential voices across LinkedIn / X via POV content and distribution.
- Measure & iterate : Define north-star and counter metrics; analyze performance and user signals to guide investments.
What You Bring
3–5 years in B2B SaaS growth / marketing, ideally in healthtech, AI, or complex technical domains .Proven success in PLG / self-serve motions for long-tail or niche audiences.Ability to translate clinical / technical content into digestible, high-performing assets (with SME support).Strong execution across campaign building, content / lifecycle / email, and performance / growth tactics.Hands-on with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and experiment design.Practical marketing engineering chops : analytics, tracking, attribution, data hygiene, and dashboarding (GDPR-compliant).Bonus : experience with advocacy / KOL programs, referral mechanics, and community-led growth.Why Join Us
