Job Overview

Responsible for providing financial support and performance analysis to the global / regional operations and plant management teams. The role requires an exceptional business partner to drive organizational success through the development and execution of financial strategies. Key responsibilities include managing a team of operational financial analysts / plant controllers, consolidation and analysis of actual results / forecasts / budgets, conducting monthly plant reviews, product / conversion / material productivity analysis, driving freight / inventory reductions, and supporting capital investments. The position also requires coordination with the regional / global BU supply chain team.

Job Responsibilities :

• Financial Reporting, Analysis and forecasting across the business verticals and plants.
• Critical review of financials during month-end and share inputs for completeness.
• Reviewing Product costing, Product Margin and variance analysis – suggest corrective actions.
• Prepare analytical, month end reports and MIS that would monitor the KPIs of multi-function teams and suggest actions for improvement.
• Budgeting & Planning the financials across the BU and plant after close coordination with multiple business partners and Plant controller – review the accuracy and identify the risks and opportunities.
• Play pivotal role in establishing and monitoring the Operation mechs, drive sensing calls, quarterly and monthly business reviews.
• Support various business teams with their KPI metrics, forecast and insights.
• Be the Analytical lynchpin of the organization and the “to go to person” in terms of business performance, both historical and future.
