Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive - Real Estate at Exponentia.Digital, located in Pune. The Presales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, preparing and responding to enquiries, providing excellent customer service, and assisting the sales team in closing deals. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in preparing and responding to real estate enquires
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
