At Invisible Nexus, search marketing is more than traffic — it’s about connecting the right audience with the right message and driving measurable growth.

We’re looking for a Search Marketing Director who can define strategy, lead execution, and inspire a team to deliver high-performing campaigns across search channels.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute search strategies across G.A., Bing, YT, and other relevant channels.
  • Align search campaigns with client goals, business objectives, and measurable KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of search marketing specialists.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and data teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor trends, optimize performance, and implement innovative approaches to stay ahead.

What we expect

  • 6–10+ yrs exp. in search marketing, paid search, or perf. mkt leadership (agency or client-side).
  • Deep knowledge of conv. tracking, bidding strategies, and attribution models.
  • Proven experience leading teams & managing client rels. at senior level.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving.
  • Comfortable presenting strategies and results to C-level stakeholders.
