Operations Associate

We’re looking for someone early in their career who enjoys solving problems, keeping things moving, and helping turn ideas into real outcomes. You’ll work across operations, product, and growth, mostly focused on execution at the start, with room to take on bigger pieces as you learn.

What You’ll Do Help move projects forward across operations, product, and growth.

Break down loose ideas into clear tasks, research, or drafts.

Keep track of ongoing work - updates, timelines, and follow-ups.

Help build simple systems and processes that make things run smoother.

Notice small issues or gaps and pitch in to fix or improve them.

Communicate clearly through docs, messages, and quick updates.

Be willing to jump into whatever needs attention that day.

What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in operations, startups, product support, or similar roles.

Someone who takes initiative and doesn’t wait for perfect instructions.

Strong communication and organization - you bring clarity to moving parts.

Comfortable in fast-changing spaces where things aren’t always defined.

A generalist at heart - you like doing different kinds of work.

Nice to have : experience in a startup or fast-moving environment.
