Role and Responsibilities :
- Cross-Selling Financial Products :
- Proactively monitor Home Loan (HL) data to identify opportunities for cross-selling insurance products (both HDFC Life and Non-Life), fixed deposits, and other financial products to home loan customers of HDFC Sales.
- Business Sourcing & Target Achievement :
- Generate new business through open market sourcing in addition to leveraging internal leads. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Product & Market Knowledge :
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products offered by the company. Stay updated on competitors offerings to effectively address and overcome customer objections.
- Customer Profiling & Need-Based Selling :
- Conduct thorough profiling during customer interactions (calls or visits) to understand financial needs and recommend suitable investment and insurance solutions.
- Collaboration with Home Loan Executives :
- Build strong relationships with mapped Home Loan Executives (HLEs). Conduct joint customer calls with HLEs to maximize cross-selling at the time of loan disbursement.
- Holistic Customer Relationship Management :
- Foster long-term relationships with customers by addressing their broader financial needs. Capture and manage customer details including family, insurance, and loan information for future engagement.
- Partner Coordination :
- Work closely and in sync with partner representatives to ensure seamless customer servicing and business generation.
- Shared Customer Ownership :
- Acknowledge joint ownership of customer relationships, ensuring consistent servicing and support.
- Business Renewal & Compliance :
- Ensure timely renewal of sourced business. Follow all defined sales processes and complete necessary training and certifications to remain compliant with regulations (insurance, mutual funds, etc.).
- Professionalism & Presentation :
- Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the sales kit is well-organized and up-to-date at all times.

- Demonstrate a 'company-first' mindset and uphold respectful conduct towards colleagues, superiors, and partners.
