About the Role :
Were not looking for a typical Customer Success Manager.
Were looking for a Strategic Operator someone who can think like a consultant, act like a founder, and sell like a business owner.
Youll own a book of business across the US & Europe driving adoption, solving tough problems, and growing revenue.
Youll be the CEO of your accounts : every internal team (Product, AI, Tech, and Ops) exists to help you deliver success to your customers.
This is a revenue ownership role not support, not relationship management.
Youll be responsible for renewals, upsells, and overall account health, backed by deep collaboration with the rest of Spyne.
