Role Overview :
We're seeking a smart, tech-savvy Business Development Executive with experience in selling CRM, SaaS, or software automation products to join our growth team. This person will play a key role in expanding our client base across advertising retainers, CRM implementation, and automation services for healthcare and other service-led businesses.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, connect, and pitch ClassicHub's agency services and Autostreams CRM to potential clients (especially in healthcare, education, and services).
- Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts using LinkedIn, email outreach, webinars, and events.
- Understand client pain points around marketing, lead nurturing, and sales pipeline and position our CRM + marketing ecosystem as the solution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media buying, automation) to create pitch decks and tailored demos.
- Follow up with qualified leads, close deals, and onboard clients alongside the strategy team.
- Maintain CRM (yes, you must use it) to track pipeline, calls, conversions, and feedback.
Required Skills & Experience :
5-6 years of proven sales experience in CRM, SaaS, AutoStream or MarTech product selling.Comfortable selling to CXOs, marketers, or founders—especially in hospitals, schools, or B2B services.Strong understanding of sales funnels, automation flows, and basic advertising concepts.Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Hindi preferred).Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Autostreams, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.Bonus if You Have :
Experience working in or with an advertising agency.Background in healthcare, ed-tech, or service business domains.Understanding of automation tools like WhatsApp bots, email drip campaigns, or lead nurturing flows.Previous exposure to pitching both retainer services and software subscriptions.
