Job descriptionMaintain employee records, HRIS, attendance & leave management systems. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters & exit documents. Manage onboarding, induction, and smooth integration of new hires. Coordinate payroll inputs, reimbursements & salary revisions. Implement performance review cycles, appraisal frameworks & feedback systems. Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across the organization. Identify gaps and introduce HR process improvements. Plan engagement activities, team-building initiatives & internal communication. Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and maintain a positive work climate. Promote culture of accountability, ownership, professionalism & respect. Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF / ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, POSH etc. Maintain audit-ready documentation and HR data dashboards. Bachelor’s / Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in HR operations + recruitment. Strong understanding of HR policies, payroll processes & labour laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal & people management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize & work independently with ownership. Open, growth-driven culture.
