Job Title : Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud)

Location : BLR

Experience : 6+ Years

Shift Timings : 10 AM to 7 PM

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days only

Job Description :

Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud Voice

• Implement and customize Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, and CTI
• Develop custom Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
• Integrate Salesforce with Amazon Connect and other AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and API Gateway
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business users to gather requirements and create technical designs
• Maintain code quality through best practices, documentation, and version control
• Work closely with Admins, QA, and DevOps to support releases and deployments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Cloud Voice and contact center integrations
