We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our dynamic IT team at BLR-Anchor-ITPL-SEZ. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to enhance customer service operations and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Development : Design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to meet business requirements.
• Service Cloud Configuration : Configure and customize Service Cloud features, including Case Management, Knowledge Base, Service Console, and Omni-Channel Routing.
• Integration : Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to ensure seamless data flow.
• Automation : Develop and maintain automation processes using Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules to enhance service operations.
• Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Documentation : Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
