Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and passionate Civil Engineering graduates to join our team as Engineering Trainees.

This role is designed for freshers and early-career professionals who wish to gain hands-on exposure to project planning, site documentation, quantity estimation, and design coordination. It’s a great opportunity to learn the end-to-end process of engineering projects under professional mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in site visits, survey coordination, and technical documentation.
• Support in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, drawings, and project reports.
• Coordinate with project engineers and vendors during execution and data collection.
• Perform quantity take-offs, quality checks, and progress tracking.
• Contribute to preparing presentation materials, layouts, and design documentation.
• Maintain proper records, drawings, and daily reports.
