Campaign Management :

Sales Target Achievement :

Set clear sales targets for your team and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Development :

Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.

Performance Reporting :

Process Improvement :

Qualifications :

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.

In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, digital marketing, and market research.

Experience in managing and mentoring a team to achieve targets and drive performance.
