3 : 30AM to 12 : 30PM (Australian Shifts) (Fully Remote)

About the Job :

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients with queries, booking appointments, Quality Assurance and protecting customer privacy. Your role will be to find specific solutions for each client according to their needs throughout the process. Finally, this role requires you to pay attention to detail and understand and prioritize customer requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls from clients by understanding the priority and nature of the call.
• Generate potential sales leads through customer interactions
• Assess customers' needs and provide accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate methods and tools
• Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively, offering suitable solutions and ensuring resolution
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organize relevant documents
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Demonstrate exceptional customer engagement and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in any field (Actively looking for freshers)

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Proficiency in English and Hindi

Strong computer skills

Effective phone handling skills and active listening abilities

Customer-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to different customer profiles

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities

Remuneration :

CTC 2.4 LPA
