Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Lawyer, located in Mumbai. The Real Estate Lawyer will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, handling property disputes, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with local and state real estate laws. The lawyer will also be advising clients on property transactions, negotiating terms, and representing clients in court or before government bodies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of property law, real estate regulations, and contract law
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Skills in conducting legal research and analysis
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage property disputes and represent clients in court
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution
• Legal practice license and membership in the appropriate bar association
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a real estate lawyer
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
