Corporate Counsel-Real Estate

We are partnering with our client to identify a mid-level legal professional for their Corporate Counsel team , focusing primarily on real estate and property law . The role offers end-to-end exposure to property transactions, conveyancing, due diligence, and compliance , along with opportunities to support broader corporate legal functions.Location : Dadar, MumbaiExperience : 4–10 years (LLB mandatory)Key Responsibilities : Draft, review, and negotiate Leave & License, Lease, Sale Deeds, MOUs , and title documents.Manage property acquisitions, rentals, and disposals , including due diligence and risk assessment.Ensure compliance with RERA , municipal, and development authority regulations.Liaise with external counsels, government bodies, and regulatory authorities .Handle property registration, stamp duty, and related documentation.Conduct legal due diligence , including title verification and encumbrance checks.Maintain accurate legal records and contract databases .What We’re Looking For : Strong exposure to real estate, property law, and conveyancing .Solid understanding of RERA, local real estate, and development regulations .Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to support diverse legal workstreams.Interested candidates may reach out at
