We are seeking dynamic HR Recruiters to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role involves maintaining candidate pipelines and collaborating with department heads to meet hiring needs.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source candidates actively through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes thoroughly and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently with hiring managers.
- Maintain robust candidate pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and specific requirements.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate and timely information.
Skills Required :
Familiarity with various job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .Strong organizational and time management abilities .Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting is a plus.Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate fit.Proactive approach to sourcing and engaging with candidates.QUALIFICATION :
