Responsibilities and duties
You shall :
- Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations;
- Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies;
- Ensure compliance with the purchasing process;
- Propose a continuous performance improvement plan;
- Manage a team of supply officers (up to number defined in CMA Ships sizing rules);
- Manage the technical supply of 4 to 5 vessels;
- Ensure the timely ordering of the day-to-day requisitions;
- process approval for quotation and offers received to place order;
- Prepare and send enquiries to the relevant (registered and part of the panel) suppliers;
- Analyze the suppliers offers and choose the best one according to procurement policy;
- Follow availability of the orders at supplier’s premises;
- Ensure delivery on time on board through logistic chain from the supplier to the vessel and / or shipyard;
- Follow the PI (problematic invoice) for a better 3-way match between PO / Invoice / good receipt.
Minimum qualifications
License degree in supply chain preferred / international trade.
Experience
2+ years in technical procurement / supply chain preferred
Knowledge in Shipmanagement
MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint,..)
