Freshers (Technical Background) – Pune & Bangalore

1+ Years Exp – Pune & Bangalore

3+ Years Exp – Pune & Bangalore

Key Skills Required :

Strong communication

(verbal & written)

• Analytical thinking & problem-solving
• Experience with IT

Service Desk / L1 Tech Support

AD, O365, Azure, Networking

Troubleshooting

skills across

Windows, Outlook, Teams, VPN

, etc.

Locations : Pune & Bangalore

Shifts :

Rotational (US / UK) | 24x7 environment

Notice Period :

Immediate to 30 days preferred

Education :

Graduation / Post-Graduation with all marksheets & certificates mandatory

Experience Range & CTC :

Freshers – 2.5 LPA Tech background only - Pune & Bangalore

1+ years – Up to 4 LPA – Pune & Bangalore

3+ years – Up to 5 LPA – Pune & Bangalore

Final package will be based on experience, last CTC, and performance in the evaluation process.
