Role – GE Proficy Delivery Solution ArchitectJob descriptionAs a GE Proficy Delivery Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the deployment of GE Proficy-based MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) solutions. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of scalable, efficient, and integrated industrial software solutions that align with business goals.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of GE Proficy MES solutions including : Proficy Plant Applications, Proficy Historian / iFix, Operations Hub, Workflow and Integration ToolsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, low level technical design and integration strategies.Ensure seamless integration with ERP, SCADA, PLCs, and other enterprise systems.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams and act as a design authority for GE Proficy Solution.Conduct system configuration, customization, and performance optimization.Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data integrity, and industry standards.Support testing, validation, and deployment activities.Provide post-implementation support, problem management, RCA and continuous improvement recommendations.Support pre-sales activities including technical response, estimation and technical solution design align to business needsQUALIFICATIONS : Over 10+ years of experience, including 5 years as a GE Proficy technical and solution architect roleHands-on experience with GE Proficy suite (Plant Applications, Operation Hub, Historian, iFix, etc.).Experience with Proficy Suite 2023, Docker / Kubernetes containerization, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.Integration experience with ERP, LIMS, WMS and Control layersStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and ISA-95 architecture.Proficiency in SQL, scripting. C#.NET are desirableExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Agile and DevOps methodologies.Strong business acumen, technical excellence and collaborative mindsetExperience with global rolloutsQualification – Bachelor’s in Engineering / Master of Technology or higher.Job Location – Pune
