Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement retention marketing strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value
- Analyze customer behavior and data to uncover insights that improve retention efforts
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, WhatsApp, SMS, in-app) with targeted, personalized messaging
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer support to align efforts and improve customer experience
- Use A / B testing to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness
- Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., CleverTap) for triggered and behavior-based campaigns
- Monitor retention KPIs with the data analytics team to guide decision-making
- Stay up to date on customer retention trends, tools, and best practices
