Risk Analytics Associate

About this role :

Wells Fargo is seeking a Risk Analytics Associate.

In this role, you will :

Participate in low-risk initiatives within Risk Analytics

Review process production, and model documentation in alignment with policy, analyzing trends in current population

Receive direction from manager

Exercise judgment within Risk Analytics while developing understanding of analytic models, policies, and procedures

Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to manager and experienced managers

Required Qualifications :

6+ months of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications :

• Knowledge and understanding of the key factors impacting credit offerings, including credit risks
• Understanding of risk management practices, knowledge of financial data
• Relevant experience creating artifacts such as procedure documents, flow charts, and control evidence.
• 6+ months of proficient experience in SAS or SQL
• Strong analytics skills and comprehensive understanding of financial services products and risk drivers
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient experience in identifying and evaluating data trends, isolating root cause, and providing swift / thorough resolution.
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
• Strong ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional area.
