Role Overview

As a Wealth Manager Trainee , you will undergo a structured 3-month paid training program designed to equip you with practical knowledge of financial planning, investment advisory, and client management. Post-training, you will be promoted to the role of Wealth Manager (Full-Time) , taking on a client-facing position with direct responsibility for business development and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide customized investment solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and trust-based advisory.
• Conduct financial need analysis and recommend suitable financial products.
• Work closely with the sales and research teams to deliver best-in-class financial solutions.
• Participate in financial literacy initiatives and client education sessions.
• Meet performance goals aligned with business objectives.

Compensation :

₹4 LPA (Fixed) + ₹2.6 LPA (Variable Incentives)
