Marketing Coordinator

Major Responsibilities :

Act as the main link between the central marketing team and your branch for all campaigns.

Plan and run local marketing activities—both online and offline.

Keep branch social media pages active by updating the content calendar regularly.

Manage the tele-calling team to ensure timely follow-ups and lead conversions.

Support lead generation efforts and help improve conversion speed.

Appear in videos and Reels to promote PFEC’s services, events, and success stories.

Organize and coordinate branch-level events and campaigns.

Track campaign results and share useful insights to improve future campaigns.

Submit regular reports to the central marketing team.

Requirement :

2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, content creation, or similar roles.

Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).

Excellent communication skills—both for managing tele-calling teams and for on-camera presence.

Basic video production knowledge is a plus.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
