Description :

As a Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the stability and performance of our critical production systems. Your responsibilities will include providing timely support and performing application development across our core technology stack, including C# .NET, and VB.NET. You will also directly manage and troubleshoot applications that interface with on-site manufacturing units. This role requires a focus on practical problem-solving, meticulous change control, and clear communication with on-site stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

What Youll Do :

Production Support (50%) :

• Triage and resolve tickets within defined SLAs using Jira; provide clear status, hypothesis, and resolution summaries.
• Perform approved data fixes and validations in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) under established change-control and safety procedures.
• Reproduce issues, analyze logs / telemetry, identify likely root causes, and propose durable fixes.
• Update Confluence pages with Standard Work procedures, FAQs, and checklists as processes evolve.
