Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Gather and present data for business reviews or client reporting, including quarterly business reviews and scorecard meetings.Prepare executive-facing deliverables, utilizing strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and playbooks.Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, program coordination, or business support roles.Proven ability to manage RFPs and other structured client documentation.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
