Job Summary : The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with clients, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, enquiries, and order status.
- Maintain customer databases, prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation.
- Communicate with clients regarding order updates, delivery schedules, and post-sales support.
- Follow up with customers for payments, documentation, and feedback. Qualifications & Experience :
- Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, logistics, service, etc.) for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and maintain sales records as per company standards.
- Assist in preparing presentations, tenders, and proposals for clients.
- Support sales executives in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and in-person interactions professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Marketing or equivalent.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Customer Support (experience in Solar or Renewable Energy sector will be an added advantage).Key Skills :
