Role- NON IT Recruiter- Mumbai- Randstad Payroll

Designation- Senior Exec

Location- Mumbai( no relocation)

Notice period - Immediate joiner

What you will do :

• End to end recruitment
• Sourcing and screening for different requirements, bulk hiring ,stakeholder management.
• Sourcing and screening through different channels To be fluent with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn and work on in house requirements for Talent, RRO, Talent Support group.
• Maintaining data in excel- Prepare excel for candidates sourced on daily basis with updated status
• Interview setup and coordination- Set up interviews and coordinating them as well.
• Good communication skills- Should be able to speak and articulate themselves fluently in English
• Should be good with candidate engagement- To connect with candidates to give them smooth hiring process experience.
