Position : Founder’s Office

Location : Gurugram (On-site)

Compensation : Competitive | No bar for the right candidate

About the Role :

We are looking for a driven, reliable, and ambitious professional to work directly with the Founder.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can operate as the Founder’s strategic extension — managing priorities,

driving execution, across diverse business initiatives. The role offers unparalleled exposure to business leadership,

strategic thinking, and end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with the Founder on strategic, operational, and business development initiatives.
  • Support in transaction evaluation
  • Prepare business plans, investment decks, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Represent the Founder in meetings and drive outcomes on key priorities.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • 2–5 years of experience as part of founder’s office overseeing consulting, corporate strategy, and start-up
  • ecosystems.

  • Excellent analytical, financial, and communication skills.
  • Strong ownership mindset — dependable, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and unstructured environment.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for learning and growth.
