Ad Operations Specialist – Programmatic Advertising (OpenRTB and Prebid integrations)

Location : 100% Remote

Department : Operations / Ad Tech

Product : AdExchange connecting premium supply and demand across In-App, Connected TV, Display, Video and Native formats — built primarily on OpenRTB and Prebid integrations.

Role Overview :

You’ll oversee the technical and operational performance of our programmatic stack — managing SSP / DSP connections, resolving issues, and optimizing delivery and revenue. This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills and deep technical understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and optimize OpenRTB , Prebid , and Server-to-Server integrations.
• Configure endpoints, macros, and bidstreams; monitor fill rate, latency, and discrepancies.
• Detect and resolve Invalid Traffic (IVT) using HUMAN , Protected Media , Pixalate , IAS , and MOAT .
• Build dashboards in Looker , Data Studio , or Excel / Sheets to track eCPM, fill rate, and delivery trends.
• Collaborate with demand and supply partners for QA, format validation, and compliance ( ads.txt , sellers.json , VAST / VMAP ).
• Document technical setups and coordinate with Product, Sales, and Engineering.
