Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our operational and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities and a focus on accuracy to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update data in company systems and databases.
- Handle documentation, record-keeping, and filing of essential business documents.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as required.
- Respond to email inquiries and assist in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in inventory and stock management processes.
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in any discipline.1-2 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role (Freshers are welcome).Familiarity with office management tools and CRM systems is a plus.
