Hey there! I’m Brian undefined from the Talent team at THRIVE (USA) – and we’re on the hunt for a high-level, strategic, and execution-focused Digital Project Manager (Part-time) to lead complex digital projects and keep our teams aligned, focused, and thriving

What you’ll do : Build and manage end-to-end digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, Email, SEO – you name it).

Analyze performance data, turn numbers into narratives, and continuously test + iterate.

Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to bring campaigns to life.

Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new tools (we love early adopters).

What we’re looking for : Hands-on experience with performance marketing (not just strategy – we want executors).

Proven results — show us what you’ve scaled or optimized.

Strong understanding of digital KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.).

Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.

Fluent in English. Bonus if you’re comfortable reporting directly to founders / CMO.
