Personal and Professional Life are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior & Expert Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing strategies for our services and product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B lead generation, strategic market and location analysis, and representing technology solutions at major domestic and international conferences.
This leadership role is pivotal in driving brand visibility, market engagement, and business growth across diverse years of progressive experience as a Marketing Manager in the IT industry, with measurable success in B2B campaigns and growth initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Campaigns :
- Plan and execute strategic B2B marketing campaigns aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Develop targeted content and outreach strategies for high-value prospects.
- Host product-focused webinars and virtual events for decision-makers.
- Build and segment CRM lists based on region, industry, and role.
- Collaborate with Google Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics marketing teams to expand reach.
- Share case studies and success stories through partner networks.
- Launch and optimize the LinkedIn company page and ad campaigns.
Location-Based Product Marketing :
Conduct market research to identify optimal locations for product launches and expansion.Analyze demographic, technological, and competitive landscapes for strategic planning.Develop go-to-market plans tailored to regional trends and customer needs.Conference Representation & Brand Promotion :
Represent the company at industry conferences, expos, and trade shows in India and globally.Prepare high-impact marketing materials, presentations, and live product demonstrations.Network with industry stakeholders to build partnerships and explore collaboration opportunities.Digital Presence & Branding :
Develop engaging websites or landing pages with case studies and feature content.Design branded templates, logos, and infographics for marketing collateral.Implement SEO strategies targeting aviation, public sector, and IT-specific keywords.Content Marketing :
Publish LinkedIn articles on product digitization and revenue transformation.Produce explainer videos, brochures, and thought-leadership materials.Maintain an editorial calendar for blogs, newsletters, and campaign content.Maintain an editorial calendar for blog posts and email newsletters.Roles and responsibilities are subject to change as per requirements from time to Proven success in B2B lead generation and performance-based marketing.
Strong experience in brochure creation, capability statements, and product video production.Expertise in website and social media content management.Skilled in market and location analysis for strategic growth.Excellent presentation, public speaking, and networking skills.Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), CMS, analytics platforms.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 90%).Additional Requirement :
