Job description

Market Research & Lead Generation :

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, online research, and participation in industry events (local and regional).
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with our target market and service offerings.

Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client business challenges and strategic objectives to position our software solutions effectively.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the sales process and post-sales support where necessary.
  • Sales & Solution Presentation :

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client-specific requirements.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and ROI of our software products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Pipeline Management & Reporting :

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
  • Collaboration & Feedback :

  • Collaborate closely with technical teams, project managers, and marketing departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and solution delivery.
  • Gather market and client feedback to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
  • Market Expansion :

  • Identify new market segments and opportunities for our software products and services within Nashik and potentially across Maharashtra.
  • Education

    Bachelor Of Computer Application (B.C.A), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A)
