Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning s Execution : Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Stakeholder Management : Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and expectations are met.
• Risk s Issue Management : Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
• Resource Management : Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, technology, and budget.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance IT service delivery processes and implement best practices.
• Performance Monitoring : Track and report project progress using KPIs, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Compliance s Security : Ensure IT services and solutions adhere to industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
