Utility - Solution Architect

Description

• Provide strategic insights to senior management and stakeholders on industry dynamics and potential opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with various teams to develop and refine strategies that align with industry best practices.
• Ensure that the organization's operations and projects adhere to relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Monitor and interpret local, state, and federal regulations affecting the utilities sector
• Offer specialized guidance during the initiation planning, and execution of utilities-specific projects
• Evaluate project feasibility, risks, and benefits from a utilities perspective
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the organization's understanding of utilities concepts, practices, and regulations
• Foster a culture of continuous learning within the company
• Work closely with teams across departments, including engineering, finance, legal, and environmental, to align utilities strategies with broader business objectives
• Utilize data analytics to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement within utilities operations
