Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve $10
million in revenue within three years.
Team Building : Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of
excellence and accountability.
Market Expansion : Identify and pursue new market opportunities, both domestically and
internationally, to drive revenue growth.
Sales Operations : Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance
tracking to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Customer Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring
high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams
to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize sales analytics and CRM tools to inform decision-making and
optimize sales processes.
Qualifications
Experience : Minimum of 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the
tech or SaaS industry.
Track Record : Demonstrated success in scaling revenue from $1 million to $10 million or more.
Leadership : Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a
sales team.
Strategic Thinking : Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to
C-level executives.
Analytical Skills : Proficient in using sales analytics and CRM tools to drive performance.
